Challenge
Scoop, the largest carpooling app in the U.S., sought to enhance its user experience while strengthening its brand presence. The challenge was to design a seamless interface that easily connects users with co-workers and neighbors, while aligning with the app’s commitment to convenience, sustainability, and community.
Solution
I worked on a range of creative assets, including digital ads, web landing pages, and print media, all designed to drive user engagement and highlight Scoop’s benefits. The landing pages were optimized for simplicity and clarity, while the digital ads emphasized the ease and environmental impact of carpooling. For print media, I developed materials that maintained brand consistency and communicated Scoop’s mission of smarter, more sustainable commuting.
Result
The updated designs helped improve user acquisition and engagement, making carpooling more accessible and appealing. Scoop’s partnerships with top companies like LinkedIn and T-Mobile grew, reinforcing its position as the leading carpooling solution in the U.S. The cohesive digital and print materials effectively strengthened Scoop’s brand presence and eco-friendly messaging.
