Challenge:
Jan Marini Skin Research needed to refresh their brand’s packaging to better align with their reputation as a leader in advanced skincare solutions. The challenge was to modernize the packaging while maintaining the trust and professionalism that long-time customers associated with the brand. Additionally, we had to manage a rolling change, ensuring the new packaging would complement the old designs as existing inventory sold through, creating a seamless transition for customers in a competitive, premium skincare market.

Solution:
I spearheaded the latest brand refresh for Jan Marini Skin Research, creating a clean, sophisticated, and modern design that captured the brand's innovative approach to skincare. This included redesigning the logo and packaging, and collaborating with our in-house design team to implement the new aesthetic across the entire product line. The refresh established a unified and elevated brand identity, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Result:
The rebrand reinvigorated the brand’s shelf presence, increasing customer engagement and driving a notable boost in sales within the first quarter of launch. It also received positive feedback from both existing customers and new audiences, positioning Jan Marini Skin Research as a modern, trusted authority in skincare.
